Tales from the land of Art Student hell...

So, I haven't been on DA in ages, but my French correspondent has one, so I thought I ought to update. Speaking of which, guess who's going to be in France in two weeks...yeah, be jealous! I have fun annoying all of my art kid friends here by pointing out which works of art I'm going to see in person during one of our classes where we look at slides a lot. It's pretty fantastic.

Speaking of being an art student, I will eventually put up some of my work I've done so that you guys can see just how awesome I'm getting, but it could be awhile since I don't have a USB cord to hook up my camera to the inter-web. Part of the reason I'm never on is also because art majors here work harder than pretty much any other major, so we certainly stay busy. For instance, my most recent assignment was to create 10 good, contemporary works of art in a week. I got one hour of sleep last night because of this, and then I got a C this morning, which is really pretty good since I completely phoned in about half those projects.

To recap: I may never be on DA, but I am out in the world artisting, being covered in art homework, and trying to keep up with everything in general.
